1. The main functions of the testing machine:

    This testing machine is mainly used for the drop weight test of the front fork of the electric vehicle and the impact test of the electric vehicle. Meet the requirements of 6.2.1.2 in GB17761-2018>.

2. Structural features of the testing machine:

The test machine for performing electric vehicle frame and the falling weight impact test.

1) The main machine adopts a large base plate and a double-pillar frame structure, and the motor is mounted on the upper side, and the impact hammer is driven to the required height by a wire rope;

2) The height value is accurately measured by the photoelectric encoder to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the impact energy.

3) The drop weight impact test is to raise the 25 kg main hammer to the required height through the weight lifting device;

4) Fix the main hammer with the safety pin and install the frame;

5) The maximum impact of 50 kg is achieved by adding 25 kg weights.

6) The effective lifting height of the hammer head is 600mm. The effective space is 2500mm.

7) Equipped with an adjustable frame installation mechanism.

2. Front fork impact test

1) When doing the impact test, the electric motor pulls the front fork to rise in an arc through the wire rope.

2) Offset a certain height and angle, release the electromagnet, and drop the front fork with the counterweight to complete the drop weight test.

3) Mark the angle ruler on the installation part of the frame, which can be raised to the desired measurement angle as needed, and then release the electromagnet.

2.3 Configure a strong current control box to complete the drive control of the lifting motor and electromagnet.

2.4 When doing the impact test, the release of the impact hammer is controlled by an electromagnet, and there is a safety pin at the same time, which is safe and reliable.

1. Drop weight impact test, the weight of the impact hammer: 25 kg, the maximum weight of the hammer is 50 kg, and a 25 kg weight is equipped.

2. Impact hammer width: 150mm in width.

3. Maximum displacement of impact hammer: not less than 1000mm.
