2. Product overview

1. YAW-J20000D microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo dynamic compression shear testing machine adopts a four-column, cylinder-mounted self-balancing frame structure, and the vertical cylinder stroke is 1200mm, which can meet the needs of space adjustment; the horizontal dynamic single shear system uses a double-acting servo cylinder. The oil cylinder adopts low damping and large gap design technology to ensure good dynamic performance, and adopts imported Gly ring, Ster seal and dust ring seals, which have good sealing performance, long service life and high safety factor;

2. The static double shear part can be moved up and down through the floating cylinder, which increases the accuracy of the shear test; the floating cylinder is guided by four guide rods to ensure the smooth movement of the shear cylinder.

3. The corner system uses a double-acting servo cylinder to apply force and is fixed on the upper pressure plate. Double-acting servo cylinders, corner plates, spherical rods and supporting seats constitute the main corner system; the corner cylinders are single-rod double-acting servo cylinders, which are sealed with imported Gly rings, ster seals and dust rings, which have good sealing performance. Long service life and high safety factor;

4. The oil source is composed of multiple motor oil pumps in parallel, and the cooling system adopts water cooling to ensure that the entire system meets the requirements of dynamic tests.

5. The static load control system adopts an independently developed control system. The microcomputer controls coordinated loading, continuous loading and stable, multi-level test force maintenance, automatic continuous and stable loading, automatic load retention, automatic collection and storage of data, storage, and drawing of curves. The test report is automatically printed, the computer controls the test process in time, displays the test force and test curve, and the operation is simple and reliable, and easy to operate. The dynamic control system adopts the imported German Dolly company EDC580 dynamic controller; this system is a product with excellent functions and excellent cost performance; it is a dedicated electronic system for full closed-loop control and data acquisition of material and structure testing machines.
