1. Structural features and uses:

1. TNW series microcomputer controlled spring torsion testing machine is composed of loading system, transmission system, computer data acquisition, processing, control, display system, etc. It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various torsion springs and elastic torsion components. The machine adopts a horizontal structure, the computer screen digitally displays the torque, torsion angle, and torsion speed. The all-digital data measurement and control card and the all-digital AC servo system imported from Japan form a control, data acquisition and processing system. It adopts planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer for transmission, which has the characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.

2. The whole machine uses the Japanese imported full digital AC servo control system and computer data acquisition and processing system. The photoelectric encoder measures the torsion angle of the sample, and the torsion angle (or torque) of the sample can be set to detect the torque force of the spring at multiple points ( Or angle), can output and print test data, etc.

3. The software system adopts WinXP Chinese operating platform, with variable structure PID parameter adjustment function, realizing full closed loop control of torque and angle. Using a graphical window operating system, the display screen and operation panel can be set; the test speed and various control parameters can be set; the basic test results (breaking value, peak value, etc.) can be displayed in real time; the test process can be displayed in real time Various related parameter graphics; can realize system diagnosis and display the diagnosis result; can realize the access of test data; can control the action of the testing machine. And draw torque-angle, torque-time, angle-time and other curves.

4. Data collection and analysis function: real-time collection of test receipts, data collection frequency>6Hz, and dynamic display of test characteristic curves. (The test report format is output in Excele or Word format, and the user can set and edit the test report format at will)
