1. Main purpose and scope of application

1) This series of products are mainly used for static load anchoring and low-cycle load performance test of steel strand-anchorage in the construction of railway bridges, water conservancy, electric power and other infrastructure. It is suitable for GB/T14370 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons" to determine whether the mechanical properties of the steel strand anchors can meet the specified requirements.

2) This testing machine is dedicated to the static load anchoring performance test of prestressed fixtures and anchors. It can detect the static load anchoring efficiency coefficient of the steel strand anchor assembly and the total strain when the measured ultimate tensile force is reached . 2) This series of products have reasonable design, convenient use, and high accuracy of measurement and control. The electro-hydraulic servo closed loop is used to realize the test process control of constant velocity loading and load retention, ensuring the stable and reliable loading rate, providing load retention accuracy, and avoiding the influence of human factors on the test results. The modified system has a large tonnage loading mechanism and an automatic force detection system, which can meet the requirements of static load anchoring performance testing. The modified system adopts microcomputer automatic control, automatic collection, storage and processing of test data, and the computer screen displays real-time display during the test.
