1. Scope of application:

This testing machine can carry out crushing load test on φ3~φ50mm or φ1/8″~φ2″ steel balls. The test data is accurate and reliable. 2. Functions and features:

3. Advantages:

Compared with the old electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine, this testing machine has the following advantages:

1. The test force measurement range is wider, more accurate and more stable: because the electro-hydraulic servo control valve has a zero cover problem during static control (this is an inherent feature of the electro-hydraulic servo valve itself), and the oil cylinder has sealing and friction The problem is that the output (displacement and test force) is not linear near the zero position, and it is easy to crawl at low speed, poor stability, and high initial pressure. It is impossible to achieve small deformation and small test force output control (short-age sample load is very Small, it cannot be achieved with this control method); using AC servo motor with ball screw control, there is no problem with the above-mentioned electro-hydraulic servo control, and the use of high-precision load sensors for force measurement, so the test force measurement range is wider and more accurate ,more stable. Low noise during the test: the noise of the AC servo motor is much lower than that of the hydraulic pump.
