1. The main functions and characteristics of the computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure testing machine

1. Purpose

    The computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure tester is mainly used for pressure test and detection of manhole covers of various specifications and materials, such as cast iron manhole covers, composite manhole covers, steel drill concrete manhole covers, and to detect the deformation of the manhole cover during the compression process.

2. Features

2.1. Microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure testing machine adopts microcomputer-controlled high-precision electro-hydraulic servo valve, drives precision hydraulic cylinder, and performs automatic control of test force, displacement and deformation in multiple modes, and completes the resistance to various materials and specifications of manhole covers. The pressure test test meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T23858-2009 "Inspection Manhole Cover".

2.2. The main frame of the testing machine adopts a two-pillar structure, with the oil cylinder on top; a large worktable of 1200x1400mm; the manhole cover can be easily loaded and unloaded with good stability.

2.3. The loading system adopts hydraulic servo valve to ensure high precision, high efficiency, low noise and quick response of the system.

2.4. The control mode adopts the intelligent expert setting system, and the user can compile the test process control method according to their actual requirements and automatically complete the test. The function of continuous loading and holding load under arbitrary load can be realized. There is no shock or vibration during the test, and it has good reading stability. The test process can be simulated and reproduced

2.5. Equipped with Windows2000/XP full Chinese interface, man-machine dialogue mode. All the operations of the test are completed with the help of CRT, computer keyboard and mouse, and the computer screen displays various test curves (force-time curve, force-deformation curve, deformation-time curve, etc.) working status of the testing machine. The size of the curve coordinates can be adjusted according to the actual test data. Any number of test curves can be superimposed and compared, output and printed.

2.6. Self-built powerful test database, test data adopts database management method, which is convenient for query and maintenance. Test data can be saved, inquired, called, output and printed in various test report formats (the report format can be output in Excel or Word format).

2.7. The operation of the software system can realize three-level user management, which is safe, convenient and fast. And it can realize data transmission and conversion with user local area network and internet.

2.8. Fully automatic control, automatic collection of test force, loading rate, deformation, and completion of the pressure test of various specifications and materials
